Terms of Sales

Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) establish the contractual conditions applicable to any sale concluded between SUWA Concept and our customers. Any rental implies full acceptance of the GTC in force.

Prices
The prices of all our accommodations are indicated in CFA Francs (XOF) excluding VAT and agency fees.
The services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the reservations.

Reservation
The booking process is as follows :
• Choice of accommodation

• Pro-forma invoice approval
• Choice of payment method (bank transfer or check on site or cash payment only in the agency)

• In addition to the rental price, a deposit will be charged guaranteeing the reimbursement of goods damaged during the customer's stay.

The Customer will receive an email confirming his reservation.

The rental is not deemed effective until full payment of the reservation, i.e. upon receipt of the rental price.
SUWA Concept reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation of accommodation with which there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or which, in its view, presents any form of risk.
Validation of the pro-forma invoice implies acceptance of the prices and description of the goods available for rental.

Finalization of the rental transaction
SUWA Concept undertakes to rent the goods reserved and paid for by the Customer.
A contradictory entry inventory and inventory check are carried out before the keys are handed over. The Customer is required to check the condition of the rented accommodation and to notify SUWA Concept in the event of an anomaly during the inventory of fixtures.
The Client will inform SUWA Concept of any problem he may encounter during his stay.
SUWA Concept cannot be held responsible for the misuse and/or abnormal use of the furniture and equipment available in the rented properties that the Customer may make of them.

Responsibility
SUWA Concept is responsible for the proper execution of the contract concluded with the Client.
In the event of force majeure, however, SUWA Concept cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract or a defect in its performance.

Intellectual property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the suwaconcept.com site are reserved, under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the whole world. Any total or partial reproduction of said site is strictly prohibited without an agreement to the contrary.

Applicable right
These general conditions of use and sale are subject to Ivorian law. In the event of persistent disagreement on the application, interpretation and execution of these presents, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be subject to the competent Ivorian courts.
