– 1 split in the living room, 1 split in the bedroom and 1 split in the kitchen
– Laundry room: washing machine/dryer, drying rack, iron + board
- Kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven + induction hob, microwave, Nepresso machine, complete crockery.

THE SERVICES:

Short term (less than 1 month)
50,000 FCFA/night in low season
65,000 FCFA/night in high season (from July 1 to August 31 and from December 15 to January 15)
Medium term (1 to 6 months)
1,300,000 FCFA all charges included**
Long term (more than 6 months)
1,200,000 FCFA all charges included
1,000,000 FCFA excluding charges
Minimum length of stay: 4 nights
*Individual charges included:
- High-speed Internet
- CANAL+ subscription
- Running water
- Electricity bill capped at 60,000 FCFA or 120,000 FCFA per invoice.
Fixed deposit: 100,000 FCFA
Agency Fees: 15% on the total amount of the stay.
